Once you're in, you're in for a treat with a stitching room with tables to seat five, power at your fingertips for all your charging needs, a constant flow of coffee, tea, and water to keep you going, plus delicious meals to fuel your stitching spree. And let's not forget the swag bags, games, door prizes, charity raffle, and a special chart from Sweet Wing Studio to keep the creativity flowing! Access to Thread the Needle Stitchery’s onsite shop for all your stitching needs.

Thinking of bailing? You can get a partial refund until August 8, 2025, minus a small $50.00 admin fee. After that, your fee is stitched in place and non-refundable.

The Black Fox Lodge is our cozy stitching nest, offering a special rate of $199.00++ per night for our stitching crew. Book your stay for up to 3 nights before and after the event to soak up all the stitching fun.
