Registration: $375.00 plus applicable sales tax.

Event check-in: Please purchase this registration separately from items that need shipping. At checkout, select pickup at General Morgan Inn — Event Check-in. This means check-in at the venue on the event date; no ticket will be shipped. Any generic pickup estimate does not change the event date.

For events held in Tennessee, state and local sales tax applies to event admission based on the event venue, even if you live outside Tennessee. Living in another state does not exempt your registration from Tennessee admission tax.

We're berry glad you're joining us! Pack your favorite projects and get ready for three days of making, laughing, and spending time with friends—both familiar faces and friends you haven't met yet.

Join Stacie & the Chaos Crew at TTNS at General Morgan Inn in Greeneville, Tennessee, May 13–15, 2027, for a mixed-berry-themed getaway. Whether you're counting stitches, reaching for your crochet hook, or casting on something new, there's a place for you at our table.

Three crafts, three exclusive patterns

Every attendee receives all three exclusive retreat patterns: one for cross-stitch, one for crochet, and one for knitting! Enjoy your favorite craft or let a new pattern inspire you to try something different.

A berry fun weekend

• Show & Tell: Bring a finished project to share. We love seeing what you've been making and hearing the stories behind your projects.
• Fiber Arts Bingo: Three rounds celebrating cross-stitch, crochet, and knitting—with a few fun prizes along the way!
• The Great Unraveling: Work with your table to untangle yarn and free the charms—no scissors allowed! Everyone has a charm to keep, with supplies to turn it into a removable stitch marker or a scissor fob.

Activities are optional. Look forward to retreat goodies, door prizes, time to visit the stitchery, and opportunities to support Isaiah 117 House. Detailed schedules and participation information will be shared before the retreat.

What's included

Your registration includes three retreat days, all three exclusive patterns, a welcome reception with a special treat, all-day beverage service, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and retreat activities and goodies. Other meals, lodging, transportation, shopping, and massage appointments are separate. Massage booking and payment details will be shared when available.

The retreat opens at 9:00 AM Thursday, May 13, and the ballroom is available through 11:00 PM Saturday, May 15.

Call (423) 787-1000 and ask for the Stitching in the Smokies room block. The group rate is $149 per room, per night, plus tax, for one or two guests. Each additional guest is $10 per night. Book by March 13, 2027, subject to availability. After that date, the group rate and available rooms are not guaranteed.

The room block covers arrival as early as Wednesday, May 12, with departure Sunday, May 16. The hotel has also confirmed the group rate for extended stays before or after the retreat; ask about availability for your preferred dates. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Discuss accessible-room, refrigerator, microwave, and room-type requests directly with the hotel when booking. Rooms with refrigerators and microwaves are limited. Hotel reservations, payment, and cancellation terms are separate from retreat registration. Attendees arrange their own transportation.

Your paid-attendee packet & questionnaire

Paid attendees will receive the retreat packet with a link to the new attendee questionnaire. Please complete the new questionnaire even if you filled out the earlier registration form. There's no need to register or pay again.

Submit one response per attendee. If one Shopify order covers several people, use the same order number with each attendee's own name and contact information. The questionnaire collects dietary needs, accessibility requests, table-mate preferences, and other details to help us prepare for you. We'll do our best to accommodate seating requests.

The packet also includes historic Greeneville visitor information and favorite local shops, restaurants, coffee stops, and sweet treats from Stacie & the Chaos Crew.

When you arrive

Stop by retreat check-in and give us your name. We'll let you know your table assignment so you can settle in and get ready for the berry fun to begin!

Cancellation policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing stacie@threadtheneedlestitchery.com.

For written cancellations received on or before Thursday, March 11, 2027, partial refunds will be processed within two weeks, less a $75 fee.

After March 11, 2027, registrations are nonrefundable unless a replacement is secured. Once a new attendee is confirmed, a refund will be issued less the $75 fee. If the seat cannot be filled, no refund will be provided.

To remain eligible to receive retreat exclusives when no refund is available and the seat cannot be filled, your written cancellation must be received by May 10, 2027, three days before the retreat begins. Emergency exceptions will be considered individually; please contact Stacie as soon as reasonably possible.

No-shows forfeit their retreat seat and retreat exclusives.

Your hotel reservation is separate. Contact the hotel directly to change or cancel your room and confirm the cancellation terms for your reservation.
