Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders (excluding made-to-order products) are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. We will have one day a week as a designated shipping day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Made-to-order products are processed within 2-4 weeks, depending on the product. Processing time is outlined on the product description page for each item. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
All packages will include tracking. Once scanned by the respective carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. It's important that the shipping address is accurate when checking out.
Missing Packages: We are not responsible for missing packages, if you are concerned about a missing package please contact the carrier as soon as possible. Often times the carrier will be able to locate and get your package to you quickly. We will not refund for missing packages, please file a claim with the appropriate package carrier.
Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please follow these steps.
- Take a picture of the damaged package.
- Email the pictures along with details of the damage and what may be missing to stacie@threadtheneedlestitchery.com.
- We will file a claim with the respective carrier.
- If claim is approved we will replace the missing items at no additional charge, if available. If the item is one of a kind or no longer available a refund will be issued.
- If the claim is denied, we will not be able to refund or replace.
- Note claims may take 6-8 weeks to be processed.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Orders over $75.00 will ship for free. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Thread the Needle Stitchery LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
