    Included in the retreat registration:

    Two and a half fun-filled days of stitching with friends in the beautiful Island Ballroom.  There will be 6 stitchers per table so that everyone has ample room to stretch out.  Each table will include power should you need it for your devices and/or additional light, however the lighting in the ballroom is quite good. 

    Ice water, freshly brewed Starbuck’s coffee both decaffeinated and regular and hot water, assorted Tazo tea and all the condiments will be provided.  Thursday evening, we will have an ice cream social as a special sweet treat to kick off the weekend.  On Friday and Saturday lunch will be provided in Dusty’s Bistro, the on-site restaurant.

    Travel Arrangements/Transportation:

    Attendees must make their own travel arrangements including but not limited to, airfare, transportation to and from the airport, and booking their own hotel room. The Sheraton Sand Key is conveniently located to both the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) and the Tampa International Airport (TPA). 


    Cancellation Policy:

    Should you need to cancel, you will need to do so no later than Friday, November 24, 2023, to receive a refund.  After that date the registration fee will be non-refundable, there will be no exceptions.

  • Resort Information

    We have secured a room block at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. The resort sits right on the Gulf of Mexico in Clearwater Beach.  We’ve been able to negotiate a discounted rate of $309.00++ per night for our retreat attendees.  Included in the hotel room is access to ride the Clearwater Jolley Trolley for up to 4 people per paid guest room.

    The group rate cut-off date is January 22, 2024. After that date, the rate & guestrooms may no longer be available. The 1st nights deposit will be taken at the time of booking your room. If you decided to cancel
    your room reservation, you would need to do 48 hours prior to check-in to receive a refund of that deposit.
