Sign up deadline is Thursday, December 4th, 2025.

• Billing: FOTM orders will be invoiced on the 1st of each month, and payment is due within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.
• Fabric Size: All FOTM fabrics are cut to a Stitcher’s Quarter Yard.
• Fabric Selection: The fabric and count you select during sign-up will apply to all of your club installments and cannot be changed unless a spot becomes available for the desired fabric/count.
• Payment Policy: Payment methods will not be stored. You must pay your invoice each month to maintain your club membership.

Color Selection

• Curated Colors: Each month’s colors have been carefully selected by Atomic Ranch/Rogue Fabrics.
• Color Changes: Rogue Fabrics may change a color if a dye is discontinued, but they will aim to match the original color as closely as possible.
• Color Policy: Club members are not allowed to change colors randomly within the club.

Membership Cancellation

• Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your club membership with a two-month notice.
• Cancellation Process: To cancel, please email stacie@threadtheneedlestitchery.com.

Shipping Information

• Shipping Schedule: Fabrics will ship during the 3rd full week of each month.
• Pickup Option: You can opt for in-store pickup instead of shipping.
• Shipping Method: All products are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage, complete with insurance and tracking.
• Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for replacing any order marked as “Delivered.” For package tracking, please contact your local Post Office.
